Gluten-Free Pizza Crust Mix

Finally! You can have the gluten-free pizza of your dreams, hot out of your own oven. All you need is 1) an oven 2) a burning desire for excellent pizza and 3) New Cascadia Traditional's Pizza Mix.

Yields up to three 16-inch or seven 10-inch pizzas. Just add water, yeast and Extra Virgin Olive Oil plus toppings. 

2.2 lbs of dry mix (1 kilogram)

Ingredients: Potato Starch, Tapioca Starch, Millet Flour, Xanthan Gum, Sugar, Salt.
