GUARANTEE & SHIPPING INFO

SATISFACTION GUARANTEE
If you are not satisfied with the quality of our product, please email us and we will work with you to find a resolution. We can ensure that the product that leaves our facility meets our high standards. However, we cannot be responsible for issues that arise when your package is under the care of the courier responsible for delivery. Our products are perishable, and we urge customers to select the fastest possible option for shipping, especially for those outside of the West Coast of the US.

ISSUES WITH SHIPPING
Problems with shipping such as, packages that are:

  • Damaged in transit
  • Delayed in transit
  • Received earlier than expected
  • Delivered to a PO Box or locker without notification from the courier
  • Delivered to the wrong address due to courier error or a customer entering the incorrect address

These or any issue that is not under the direct control of New Cascadia Traditional, is not the responsibility of New Cascadia Traditional and customers should address their concerns directly with the courier.

WHY DO YOU SHIP SOME ITEMS & NOT OTHERS?
While we would love to ship all of our products, some of them are too perishable for us to be able to ship across the country, or they are not baked on a regular basis. For those items, we suggest you visit us in beautiful Portland, Oregon!

HOW DO YOU SHIP PACKAGES? WHICH CARRIERS DO YOU USE?
We ship all mail orders via USPS Priority Mail, Priority Mail Express, and a variety of UPS methods. We highly encourage you to choose the fastest shipping method possible to ensure product freshness and enjoyment. Once in hand, please follow the storage and handling instructions provided in your shipment or you can download them HERE.

Please provide us with a street address for your shipment. Depending on the address to which an order is shipped, the delivery person may leave the package or leave a notice if no one is available to accept the package.

NOTE: Please check all shipping addresses carefully. We guarantee delivery only to the addresses we are given. Delivery services will not forward. New Cascadia Traditional is not responsible for damage, loss, or delay as a result of incorrect address information or for inability of a recipient to receive the package.

WHAT ARE YOUR SHIPPING RATES?
Our shipping rates are weight-based for each region of the United States. This is the most fair way we know of calculating shipping. Shipping rates are dynamically calculated based on the weight of the products in your shopping cart. Your shipping charge will be visible on the checkout page after you have entered your shipping zip code. Once again, we highly encourage you to choose the fastest shipping method possible to ensure product freshness and enjoyment.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
No, at this time we only ship within the contiguous United States (no Alaska or Hawaii service). Our breads contain no preservatives so they are not able to withstand a journey beyond our borders.
